The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.



The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.


For the purposes of this Return and Exchange Policy:

Business Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Trascendense Health Canada Located at 207 Kinlock RoadPE.

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Service refers to the Website.

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.


Product that are bought from the Physical Stores can’t be returned to Us. You should directly contact the physical store where you bought the product or products. 

All Items that are bought on are eligible for return and would be processed if conditions are met. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 days of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

In order for the product to be eligible for a Refund, make sure these conditions are met:

• Product must be returned in its original packaging

• Product must not be used or damaged

• Product must include original tags (if applicable)

• Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

If the package has been opened, or has been used, the return will NOT be accepted due to the quality control of the product (hygiene and safety).

If the product you have received which turns out to be defective or otherwise of poor quality (save for direct warranty products which are discussed below), please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after you become aware of the defect or poor quality. This procedure must be carried out within 7 days of receiving the product(s). If not, the return will NOT be accepted. If the return request is received within the deadline, TRASCENDENSE HEALTH CANADA will study your case and solve as soon as possible.

After we receive back your product (s), our team of professionals will inspect it (them) and process your refund in case it is approved. This refund will be made within a period between 5 and 20 days of receipt of the merchandise in our warehouse. The money will be refunded to the Original Payment Method you’ve used during the purchase. 


To request a return, you must contact our Customer Service by sending an email to the address: indicating the reasons, all order information, purchase date and photographs to check the condition of the product. Without this information, the order return process will not begin. A soon as we receive your email, our Customer Service team will begin managing the process of the return (in case the return has complied with the established rules and deadline).

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
